Marissa’s Memo: Balance is Key
The temperature is rising and we’re all eager to take our exercise outdoors! Don’t forget the best part to a happy, healthy life is balance. At the Club we continue to offer you a variety of classes that fit your health and fitness goals.
Stretch on the mat in our yoga classes, strengthen your core in our Pilates classes, improve endurance in our HIIT and cycling classes, buff up your bones in our strength training classes and work out all your stress in our water-based classes. However you like to train outdoors, remember to balance it with stretching, strengthening and even relaxing classes at the Club.
One last thing to announce: after much consideration I have decided to step down from the fitness coordinator position to focus on the needs of my family. It was a difficult decision as I truly love what I do at the Club, but as I mentioned earlier, I’m finding out that the key to a happy and healthy life is balance and I’m working on finding that balance for my family. I know the next person who takes over for you will be a great fit and I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds! Until then, I will see you at the Club!
